Sustainable Pipeline: The first step to integrating AI is always going to be difficult, but ultimately, it's rewarding.

We want to ask Rob some questions about his leverage of AI for sales and pipeline development. The first question I have for you, Rob, is what’s the number one obstacle that would have prevented you from buying ScaleX

I think the biggest thing is that we're all around AI, but we don't realize it. We spend our consumer life whether that's on your iPhone, Alexa, Siri or how many times Amazon has told you what you should buy and what turn you should take because there's a traffic jam. In business, sometimes we've all been burned, especially we're longer in the tooth than most. We sometimes realize what we've made mistakes on. It gives us a little apprehension. I will say that taking that first step is difficult, but it's rewarding.

We've spent most of our consumer lives being told what to buy, or where to take the next turn.
