When he became a tech entrepreneur, Nicolas discovered that he was having problems with SDR not being able to book calls which clients wanted to have.This was a major problem as they were missing out on 60% of their potential business. By automating a booking script, they closed that gap and were booking 80% of calls. At Chili Piper, they are starting to use AI for natural language processing as their next frontier.Nicolas shares that AI is extremely effective at helping sales reps but they do not replace them. So in my view, as I deploy tools like virtual assistants to do outreach for me on email and social and even a voicemail drop, I can have a team of six virtual assistants that costs me a hundred dollars a month each. That's like having a six pack of BDRs doing prospecting."
